SGS star-up limitation was created by Garrigues8
Dear all,

We have observed with the real operation of parabolic trough plants that the start-up is an important factor to consider, which depends on, among other things, the configuration of the steam generator system (SGS)and its limitation with the increase of the HTF temperature during the start-up. In this regard, the HTF temperature limitation of the SGS can be from 3 K/min to 10 K/min and as you may see the production of the plant can vary depending on this figures.
I would appreciate that you could answer the following questions:
1. Does SAM take into account this aspect, ie, does SAM has a default value of K/min defined in the model?
2. If respond to previous question is yes, is it possible to modify the value of K/min? and where?

Thanks in advance
