Type of Batteries

So this version of SAM does not list Sodium Ion nor Zink Ion in its database which don't require augmentation for at least 25 years.  What selections do I make to simulate sodium or zink battery usage in my design other than "No Replacement" in the "Battery Bank Replacement" section to have an accurate "Simulation" report?  And does a BESS factor in the "System Sizing" macro?

Your workaround solution seems like a reasonable approach to approximating those battery types.

The System Sizing macro only provides sizing suggestions for the PV array. It does not provide suggestions for the battery bank.
