How to wave resource from a library was created by Dennis Kibet
Good day all. I have been trying to upload the wave file attached but it's not displaying what could be the isssue?

Hi Dennis,
The time zone in the header should be a number with no letters. Please try changing "GMT+3" to "3".
Also, be sure to choose the Time series option on the Wave Resource page. (You'll also need to click Add/remove weather file folders to add the folder containing the file, or put the file in the "SAM Downloaded Weather Files" folder.)
