Solar Water Heating - delivered temperature

Dear Sir,
While selecting Outlet set temperature 55C and running the simulation, is seems that the T delivered still falls below this setting point during many times. For instance, in Dec 07, 8:00 the T delivered is around 30C.

I think these results make sense given the system design and available resource. The hot water draw peaks just before the sun rises, so there is not sufficient energy to achieve the set point temperature:

 

One way to increase the temperature is to increase the number of collectors, but you could also adjust other parameters to ensure the system can achieve the set point temperature.
