I struggle with uploading a weather-file that SAM can use. How do I upload the right weather file for Elverum in Norway for Wind-analysis?

SAM's wind power model requres a wind resource file in a specific format. The "SAM CSV Format for Wind" topic in Help describes the format: samrepo.nrelcloud.org/help/weather_format_csv_wind.html .

SAM can download wind resource files from the WIND Toolkit, and you can download wind resource data from the NREL Wind Resource Database to use with SAM: wrdb.nrel.gov/data-viewer , but neither of these provide data for Europe.

If you have wind resource data from a different source, you can format it yourself to work with SAM.
