Wind data for European, Australian, Atlantic at 70,80....120m hub height

Hlo everyone,

Please tell me how to get wind data for these locations or regions? I have tried so much but have failed to get anything except American for 2021-23 years.

please guide me if anyone knows how and where to download the wind data in CSV file for any of these locations

One source of wind resource data is NREL's WIND Toolkit API on the NREL Developer network: developer.nrel.gov/docs/wind/wind-toolkit/
