CSV upload to Library

Hi,
I am new to SAM and curious to learn more about its capabilities.
For my application, I have actual weather data for a specific location in Tarfaya, Morocco. The data consists of 10-minute interval measurements from 2019 to 2023. My goal is to use this data and add it to the Solar Resource Library so it can be utilized in SAM simulations.
Unfortunately, I’ve encountered an issue: despite following the formatting and protocol guidelines outlined for uploading CSV files, I haven’t been able to successfully upload my file.
I’ve attached a sample of the prepared data for review. Could anyone kindly let me know where the issue might be or what adjustments I need to make to ensure the upload works?
