I would like to advice a new fortran module to calculate stress,strain, fatigue values and limits in thermosolar power plants receiver tubes (Fresnel, PTC, central tower).

Thank you for the suggestion.
That level of technical detail is beyond the scope of SAM, which is designed to make a reasonable estimate of the total annual output of a power system for use with a financial model.
