SVAL LOOKUP ERROR (trough empirical model)

Dear Paul,

I am getting this error in Parabolic Trough Empirical model with most of the weather files. I am using an updated 2013.1.15 program version (on windows 7) and default plant data. I am not sure, but I suspect that it is related to the recent SAM update, as before that I had this issue only with a few weather files. In the old SAM version 2012.5.11 for comparison I don't get this error at all.

Hello Paul,

I am having problems basically with half of the weather files if not more, e.g. Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Sevilla, Las Vegas, CA, etc. Among the cases which do NOT give error are Alice Springs, Barrow, Almeria and Athens.
