Hello, can I ask  why my battery state of charge looks like this. My selected dispatch strategy is peak shaving. I have attached picture with the demand rates in the google drive. Thank you.

The heat map you attached shows the peak shaving battery dispatch method discharging the battery once a day when there is most likely to be a peak demand in an effort to reduce the monthly demand charge.

Is it normal? Considering that my solar PV system doesn't produce excess energy. Also, the battery doesn't get energy from the solar PV. I attached the specification of my solar PV and battery. Thank you.

Please attach a copy of your .sam file if you would like me to investigate. There is not enough information in the screenshots for me to determine how the battery is being charged.
