I'm interested to find out more about the algorithms used in the self shading calculator for fixed tilt arrays. The helps files indicate that a forth coming paper with the algorithms was to be published in progress of photovoltais, but as of May 2012 was not yet published. Is there currently any published material on the algorithms used within SAM for self shading.
