NREL didn't send me any weather data file

Hello there, I have difficulty retrieving the weather data file based in Malaysia. I have key-in my email, as well as using the code to download. It turns out I didn't receive any weather file in my email after waiting for a few hours. Any help will do, thanks

Please double-check your junk mail folder.

Can you tell me more about how you attempted to download the file? Are you using the NSRDB Viewer , or making an API call using the NREL Developer Network ? What type of weather data are you trying to download?
