Hello,
For the Detailed PV model the one-axis tracking option, the azimuth angle defines the axis of rotation: An azimuth angle of 0 degrees would be for a tracker that rotates about a north-south axis from east in the morning to west in the evening. For a more detailed description see the "System Design" topic in Help: samrepo.nrelcloud.org/help/pv_system_design.html .
For an array that rotates about an east-west axis from south to north as the year progresses, you could use the Seasonal Tilt option, which allows you to specify a different tilt angle for each month of the year.
Best regards,
Paul.
