Parabolic trough solar field turns off under dispatch control

Hello, good day,
Context: I'm currently modeling a hybrid CSP+PV plant which tries to meet a constant generation profile over time (constrained by TES size, of course). Because SAM can't directly model a hybrid system of this kind, making one output a function of the other, I previously simulated the PV system, calculated the ideal CSP output as W_design - PV_generation, discretized it into 9 modes of operation and specified this result in Dispatch Control.
The results of this simulation roughly follow the dispatch control settings, but sometimes the power block turns off with the TES fully charged (as seen in the attached figure). But the strangest thing to me (maybe it's simply my ignorance on CSP control restrictions) is that most of the days, the solar field turns off completely at at least one point, even if the TES not fully charged or if there's an active demand at the power block (as also seen in the figure, where orange = weather DNI, dark red = DNI*cos(@), which correlates to the solar field mass flow rate). When I simulate the exact plant, but with constant dispatch control, the system works normally, without any solar field shut downs.
I saw in another post that there were problems with Dispatch Control results, but I don't know if they relate to this. Is it a bug with the simulation algorithm, or is there a reason a CSP plant should exhibit this behaviour?

I also attach the SAM file.

Thank you very much in advance.
