Dear Paul, Tried setting both Data time zone and the Site Time Zone as "5.5" , but in vain. Still the same. Thanks for your offer. Am attaching the WR data  file . Request you to pls debug.

Hi Prasad,

The file you attached does not follow the format as described in Help: samrepo.nrelcloud.org/help/weather_format_csv_wind.html

I made a couple of modifications in the attached version of your file to get it to work:

1. Put all header items in Row 1.
2. Copy the last few lines of data so that the last row ends with Hour 23 of December 31.
