Thoothukudi Tamil Nadu India - NREL data selected in under Wind Resource

Dear Paul, 
Thanks for your quick suggestions. Moving close to my simulations , crossing the hurdles one by one. May this one is the last, as I am eager to see my simulation results. 

 
Thoothukudi Tamil Nadu India - NREL data selected in under Wind Resource. While down loading I have selected the UTC to convert to local time. Set the height as 100 m  for wind speed and other parameters. 

Latest comment is " site time zone and data time zone are not same" Sc    reen shot given  

Pls see and suggest.

Hi Prasad,

This error message indicates that the value of the "Time Zone" and "Local Time Zone" are different. SAM expects both of those fields to have the same value. Please try editing the file and setting both of those fields to the same value.

If you continue to have trouble with the file and would like me to help troubleshoot, please attach it and I will see what I can do.
