How to get the "Key" and How to start

Dear Mr. Gilman, 

I have registered of SAM Web site. Logged in . Down loaded the SAM latest version. 

But then after that  I am stuck with not getting to the "START" as it is explaining in its mail (Copied Below) .  I did not get any "KEY" as informed in the msgs.

I tried listening the  past "Webinars" . These Webinars by NREL do not show  on "how to start"  

Pls see and suggest.

I do not see your email address in the registration database, so it does not look like you completed the SAM software registration process.

There is a difference between registering in the SAM software to request a software key and registering on the SAM website to post on this forum.
