Half-cut cells behaviour modelling

Hi there,

What is the best way to model a system in SAM such that the output is behaving as a half-cut cells modules do?
The modules have 144 half-cut cells with 3 bypass diodes, and the number of modules along the side of row is 2 (in portrait orientation).
