How to use a wind resource from Pennsylvania ?

Is there a way to get the wind dat from pennsylnia ? i have been trying using the download a wind resource option using LAT and LOT , as well as city name , zip code , but keep getting an error message

Here's a screenshot of an example request for "Somerset, PA" as the location name. You could also try latitude = 40.01, longitude = -79.08.
