azimuth-by-altitude beam irradiance - defect or user headspace error? was created by moverturf
HelloI just installed 12.17 and very much like the changes. For some reason I cannot get the shading table to work. There's a tree to the east and a building to the west and I implemented the respective irradiance:00010002000300040005000600070008000904080100357011030601202530130222014010515000160001700018000190002008202101590220159023015902401590250159026015902701590300159031015903200033000340003500036000
Running without this table gives me good numbers. If I enable this table, I can a negative energy yield and negative production value. I've tried various formats, but I think this format is correct. Am I doing something wrong or is this a defect?
Thank you
Mike

Hi Mike,
I can't tell exactly what you're trying to do from your description. Please attach a .sam file that illustrates these results if you'd like me to help troubleshoot.
Best regards,
Paul.
