Dispatch control in Pysical Trough model of SAM 2023.12.17

Dear Paul, 

I tried to simulate a case with dispatch control in SAM 2023.12.17, i found the output value of power cycle gross electrical output to be very small with over 3000 notices, and i also compared the results with another model, and found huge differences between two results(SAM's power cycle gross electrical output=37.5% of another model under similar configuration), i attached simulation files for your reference, can you please check it?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is a bug that we will fix in a patch that we will release in the next few months github.com/NREL/SAM/issues/1674
