Weather file error

Good afternoon,

I have created a weather file following SAM instructions. But when I uploaded to SAM it displays this message   . 2021 is not a lap year, I do not understand this message and also I cannot find any issue with the temperature. Here I attache the csv file   , up you can help me to identify what is wrong.

Hi Alejandra,

Your weather file has extra rows of data after Dec 31. Please remove those extra rows from the file.

Also, there are two days of data for July 1. Please make sure that there are 24 rows of data for each day of the year.
