Hello paul,

I also have a problem related to the generation times.
The weather file that I have included in my program is the one that SAM downloads automatically when I enter the latitude data: 36.85 longitude 2.38.

I provide you with the file downloaded by SAM, in which you can see that the daylight hours match the DNI hours.

My problem is that when I look at the energy generated, the hours of generation do not add up and give me meaningless results, such as, for example, that it produces at night or that it produces for 15 consecutive hours in January, I provide you the csv with the energy generated.

I look forward to your reply, thank you and best regards.

Luis

Hi Luis,

SAM's default CSP configurations include storage. For example, the Physical Trough / Single Owner configuration has 6 hours of storage, so I would expect to see power delivered to the grid (system power generated) into the night-time hours.

Best regards,
Paul.
