Thank for your always support and answers.
I am simulating hybrid CSP-wind system and I notice that the net capital cost for the combined models is usually less than the sum of both net capital costs ( assuming all financial parameters are the same). I understand it is complicated and generic system model does not apply all costs, but I would appreciate the if you can explain which parameters and reasons that cause the founded results.

Hi Ahmed,
The capital cost is determined by the inputs on the System Costs page plus any additional costs on the Financial Parameters page.
It is up to you to make sure these costs are appropriate for your analysis, and to verify that the resulting Year 0 costs in the project cash flow (see the Cash Flow tab on the Results page) are appropriate.
The NREL Annual Technology Baseline (ATB) is one source of market data on costs: atb.nrel.gov/electricity/2023/technologies
