Europe wind resources

Hello everyone,
I have an issue, I don't find Europe wind resources data compatible with the SAM software. When i try to import europe wind resources file, it doesn't working. 
Do you have a solution at this issue ?

I will be very glad if someone could help me 

Hi Martineau,

You can use wind resource data from any source with SAM, but you must format it correctly for SAM to read it.

Hi All,
I have the same problem with finding wind data for SAM simulation. I was wondering if you have any information in this regard; for example, the data for wind speed at 100 m or 120 m.

Hi Melika,

I am not aware of a source of wind resource data ready for use in SAM other than the NREL WIND Toolkit. If anyone has a useful data source, feel free to post links here.
