        Hello,
Can SAM allow a user to evaluate the impact that the reduction in the need to purchase renewable energy credits for commercial renewable energy projects? If so how does one perform this analysis?

        Hi Amrit,
You can use the inputs on the Incentives page for renewable energy or other credits.
I'm not sure what kind of reduction you want to model, but you could compare two scenarios with a different credits to see how a difference in credits affects results metrics of interest (net present value, etc.).
Best regards,
Paul.
