Error trying to run weather data file for wind

Good day

I am trying to run a weather data file, I put it in the format as found on the SAM help system in the software.
I get the following error:

exec fail(windpower): failed to read local weather file: file stream error reading file, C:/Users/danny/OneDrive/Desktop/SAM_Data/WM05_FINAL.csv
Simulation windpower failed :exec fail(windpower): failed to read local weather file: file stream error reading file, C:/Users/danny/OneDrive/Desktop/SAM_Data/WM05_FINAL.csv
gen not assigned
Simulation grid failed :gen not assigned
SSC requires input 'annual_energy', but was not found in the SAM UI or from previous simulations
Simulation lcoefcr failed :precheck input: variable 'annual_energy' (Annual energy production) required but not assigned


It is a .csv fie.
