Voc Calculations per the NEC (Post Processing?)

Does SAM have a recommendation on how to be in compliance with NEC recommendation, and to conservatively calculate the maximum VOC for the array? 

We are running into a situation where the model is keeping us under 1500 Voc, but we are not certain if we should be post processing and adding a safety factor. 

Are there any industry standards around either a safety factor  or post processing?
