Electric Load data Imputabilidad was created by Danilo Diaz
Hello!
I am challenging to edit electric load data from my Excel or TXT Files into SAM.
I have copied them (8760 Rows) and try to paste into the SAM Electric Load Column, however only the first digit is pasted.
I am trying to import from TXT files, however the same happen. I don't want to imput 8760 data by data in each row.
I don't know if there is something wrong with my SAM for Mac 2022 version.
Someone had the same problem before?
Regards
Danilo Diaz

Hi Danilo,
Please see "Working with Time Series Load Data" in SAM Help: samrepo.nrelcloud.org/help/electric_load.htm
For hourly data, the text file should have 8761 rows like this:
header
0.77
0.68
0.64
...
SAM ignores the first header row.
If you continue to have trouble, please attach an example of a file you are trying to import.
Best regards,
Paul.
