Hi Lucas,
SAM 2020.2.29 is the most recent version of SAM to include a supercritical carbon dioxide (sCO2) option on the Power Cycle page for the Power Tower model. You can download it from the "SAM Versions" list on the Downloads page:
sam.nrel.gov/downloads
Note that you cannot use an older version of SAM to open a .sam file last saved with a newer version. You can have more than one version of SAM installed on your computer and run them at the same time. If you are running multiple versions of SAM on your computer, you may want to include the version number in your .sam file names to help you keep track of what versions the files work with.
