Na versão do SAM 2021.12.2 na janela 'Custos de Instalação' tem como 'Estimar os custos da turbina agora', o valor proposto de US$ 965/kW tem qual base fundamentada? Qual estudo/texto que faz essa abordagem? Poderia me ajudar?

SAM's default costs are based on the NREL Annual Technology Baseline (ATB): atb.nrel.gov/electricity/2022/technologies .
