why POA irradiance is very high as compared to final energy output, when both have the same unit (kW) ? I am attaching the simulation file for reference.

Hi Saikat,
I would expect the DC electrical output of the photovoltaic system to be much lower than the solar energy incident on the array because of conversion losses in the module and inverter, and losses in wiring and other parts of the system.
In your case, the nominal conversion efficiency of the module is 20%, and there are additional conversion losses through the inverter (about 96% efficiency), and losses as defined on the Losses page.
Best regards,
Paul.
