        Hi all,
I wanted to perform a p50/p90 analysis for a location in Chile However, I cannot find weather data files in SAM's advanced search option. Can someone help to solve this issue and guide me on this?
Thanks

        Hi Ronald,
SAM's P50/P90 simulations require that you have a collection of at least 10 weather files representing the solar resource over a historical period. As you note this data is not available from the NREL National Solar Radiation Database (NSRDB) for all locations in South America. You may be able to find suitable data from one of the other data sources on the Weather Data page of the SAM website:
sam.nrel.gov/weather-data.html
Best regards,
Paul.
