HCPV inverters

Hello, 

I wanted to ask about inverter choice for HCPV systems.
I have selected a specific HCPV module but am unsure how to pick a suitable inverter. Does it only depend on the module's Voc or the country's standard voltage too?
In my case, the country operates at a voltage of 230V.
