Wave & Tide Techno-Economic Data for SAM

I need Wave & Tide product technology (e.g. WEC) and corresponding economics (e.g. cost) data, for techno-economics analysis. For example installation and operation cost for different products. Ideal data would include technical device parameters and corresponding achievable economics, for techno-economics optimization.
