Power output - reported at beginning or end of hour?

Does PV system hourly power output (kW) reflect an instantaneous reading or averaged over an hour? If it’s an averaged value, at which point in the hour is the data reported (e.g. will the average condition between 1:00 PM and 1:59:59 PM  be reported at 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM? I was unable to find this answer in a search or the help documents. Thank you!

The time convention depends on the data in the weather file. Please see the "Time and Sun Position" topic in Help under "Weather Data"  in the table of contents:
