Hi,
I have been using the MS Linear Fresnel Model and it seems that there is an inconsistency in the Loop thermal efficiency calculation. This efficiency, which is consistent with the receiver thermal derate, is not influenced by the optical efficiency (which should not be the case) and leads to errors also on the Total loop conversion efficiency and consequently errors in the Field Thermal output. Attached you find the SAM file and a very simple excel with few calcuations.
IS there something am I missing?
thanks!
Marco
