proxy settings in SAM?

we use proxy to access external HTTP in our firm. Does SAM allow us to config proxy ? We had a quick look at the menu but do not see.

SAM does not have configuration settings for the web services it connects to, such as for downloading weather data or incentives data.

I am working with the web team to answer your question. It is not clear to us exactly what information you need because SAM accesses the web services it uses via HTTP.

This is Nathan Clark. I used to work with Steve and Aron on the SAM utility rate database implementation. Now I work on Black & Veatch and we are having the same problem. Has this problem been figured out yet?

We have not identified the cause of the problem yet, partly because it has been difficult for us to find out what specific information IT departments need to resolve the proxy issue. Can you help us with that? What information can we provide that will allow SAM to access the web services from behind your firewall?

Also, are you only having trouble accessing the web services (utility rate database, weather file databases, etc.) or are you also having trouble downloading the SAM installation file from the website?
