LCOE changes with different PPA values, even without debt, taxes, etc

Attached is a version of your file comparing equivalent cases with PVWatts and Detailed PV that give consistent results. There were several differences in inputs between the two cases in your original file.

One way to compare inputs between cases is to use the inputs browser, which you can find on the File menu.

The results in the attached file should show that PVWatts and Detailed PV give similar results when the inputs are consistent, and that under the following conditions, LCOE does not vary with PPA price:

1. Debt is specified as a debt percentage rather than DSCR.

2. There are no federal or state income taxes.
