Single Owner Cashflow export with equation error

Hi Paul,
While exporting cash flows to excel with equations for Single owner PPA PV+battery model, I am having this error pop up. This is not exporting all the values to the excel spreadsheet properly and many parameters are set to 0 because of this error.

Can you please suggest fix for this issue.
