Hi Paul,
is there a function to import power curve projections into the revenue stream section? we have power curves projections for the next 30-40 years which shall be the basis for the IRR calculation of the of the PV project.
in an ideal world I would like to enter for each year a specific value either driven by PPA or FiT or using the merchant amount based on the power curve projections.
is this possible?
thanks, Sascha

Hi Sascha,
Yes. You can use the Generic System model to import an 8760 power generation profile to use with any of SAM's financial models.
You can see how to do that starting around Minute 30 in the behind-the-meter battery video here (you would use the Generic System model instead of the Generic Battery model):

Best regards,
Paul.
