Simulating same an area for PV + Wind hybrid was created by Lev_Z

Hello,
How can I simulate a project that combines wind and PV on same area?
The wind should extend the renewable energy provision time.
So, I'd like to simulate an area that has good wind after sunset with PV and wind.
