I ran a test simulation in SAM 2022.11.21 r1 with the attached default Detailed PV / No Financial case, and don't see those small production spikes in the evening hours. For example:

 

Are you using an older version of SAM? If you are seeing these results in the latest version of SAM, could you send me a copy of the .sam file that generates these results?
