I'm a novice developer and am wondering if you have links to csv files or something similar that hosts photovoltaic incentives(state, utility, local, etc.), cost, solar radiation, etc.
Any help or guidance with this would be greatly appreciated!!
You can get started using SAM with the default values, which include cost and incentive assumptions that are reasonable for an initial analysis of a project in the United States.
