Electricity rates and loads

Hi,

I'm entering data in the Energy Charges section and need some help with the table shown in the file attached (from SAM help manual). I'm trying to enter the selling rates but I don't see the "sell column" in my table. Only the "buy" column shows up. My table is attached in the file as well . How do I trigger the "sell" column to appear in the table? I'm using the Detailed-PV TPO-Host/Developer Model for my case scenario. Rate structure is time-of-use rates but no tiered rates.

Hi Jason,

The Sell column in the Energy Charges table depends on the metering and billing option. For net energy metering, there is no sell rate because excess generation is credited to the monthly electricity bill as kWh. For net energy metering with $ credits, the two net billing options, and buy all / sell all, the sell rate should appear in the table.
