I can't simulate in sam was created by sebastian

Hello, I need help with a simulation that I am doing of a parabolic solar concentrating plant.I enter the variables and when simulating only advance up to 4%.
Could anyone help me please ?

I would be very grateful for your help.

It only performs the simulation when it is modeled without financial parameters
