Project Term Debt was created by Cibelle
Good night,
I am studying CSP plants and I would like to know if the field "Project Term Debt", in "Financial Parameters" - in the Single Owner model for the physical parabolic collector model - is the place where we insert the data about the financing of the plant.
Thanks a lot.
Cibelle

Hi Cibelle,
Yes, the "Project Term Debt" inputs on the Financial Parameters page describe how the project is financed. We use "project term" to differentiate from construction period financing. Project term debt results in annual payments over the debt period (defined by the "Tenor" input) in the project cash flow. Construction period debt results in a total construction financing cost in Year 0 of the project cash flow.
Best regards,
Paul.
