Feature Request: Label column for Lifetime Hourly Data

When looking at 'Data tables' and selecting an 'Hourly data' element, the Month, Day and hour show up as a timestamp label.

When selecting 'Lifetime hourly data', you don't get a label column with Month Day and Hour.   It would be handy if we could get a similar label.  If the output column was "Month Day, Hour, Year Number' then that would be relatively easy to parse out the three data elements.
