Can you tell me the construction financing cost calculation? It appears to be half of what it should be.
What are the assumptions?
The construction financing costs are explained in Help. For example, for the Utility IPP financing option, you can read the description in the web-based version of the Help system here:
Financing: Utility IPP and Commercial PPA
(Use the Contents icon at the top right of the page to find the Construction Financing section.)
You can find the same information in SAM by pressing the F1 key in Windows (Command-? in OS X) while you are on the Financing page.
