WEATHER DATA DOWNLOAD ERROR

Hello,
 
I have been consistently getting an error while trying to download weather data from SAM. Please see screenshot below. I have tried this for multiple locations with the same results. I am also using the latest version of SAM. 
I would appreciate your help on this.

That NSRDB Download Message indicates that the NSRDB web service is temporarily not working. I have alerted my colleagues on the NSRDB team and will let you know when the problem has been resolved.

Hi Paul,
Today was my first attempt to use SAM and got the same NSRDB download error. Quite confusing for NEWBIE. 
Would also appreciate a heads up when it is back up.
